The only approval that is pending is of the Financial Ministry and which likely would be accomplished within a week reported trusted sources.</div>

It is a big achievement in its own kind because 90% of the quoted amount is going to be approved by the Union government within a few days. While govt. of AP asked for Rs. 24,350 crores for the upliftment of the backward areas of the State, Union government is likely to sanction about Rs. 20,000 crores. And these would be used for the backward regions in Rayalaseema and North-Coastal Andhra.</div>

These funds are sought for the development in four major areas of development in the State. The first one is the expansion of road networks. AP govt. has quoted Rs.7500 crores for this area. Rs.8,500 crores for the second area to provide safe drinking water, quality power supply, minor irrigation and tanks development. AP has asked for Rs.1,700 crores for setting up new regional hospitals alongwith strengthening women & child welfare programmes. The fourth area for which AP has sought Rs.3,000 crores is for improving infrastructure of education besides sanitation programme in the backward regions.</div>

Besides the four major areas, other areas like development of small ports, expansion of information technology, modernisation of agriculture..not to neglect green house farming. Not to forget providing employment oppurtunities by providing skill development programmes. The above said areas of development are also mentioned by State govt. of AP asking for Rs.700 crore funds for the same.</div>

The major success in this fund boost from the Centre is that according to the AP Reorganisation Act, these funds are meant to develop the backward areas in Rayalaseema and North-Coastal Andhra. But according to reliable sources of AP government, Union has agreed to use these funds in 43 identified backward regions of four south and central districts of AP even.</div>

As a part of the migration process, the users would need to create an account with Opera to shop for apps. Furthermore, it has been mentioned that once the transition is complete, Opera will become the third largest app store in terms of downloads, behind Google Play and the App Store. As of now, the store features close to 300,000 apps (for smartphones and feature phones) and sees millions of downloads every day. The firm says the Opera Mobile Store supports more than 7,500 different devices.</div>

"We will order shutting down the fake web site after completing the investigation and filing charge-sheet against the six accused partners who created the portal (BIGSOP.com,shophunk.com) and used payment gateways of many banks for transactions," Bengaluru Joint Commissioner of Police Hemant Nimbalkar told IANS in Bangalore.</div>

The six accused were arrested Saturday and jailed Sunday after a court remanded them to six-day judicial custody pending investigation.</div>

"We busted the fake portal by taking suo motu action on a complaint one of its victims posted on our Twitter account, alleging he was duped by the website, by first declaring him a lucky winner of an iPhone for Rs. 599 but not delivering the handset despite remitting the amount through a bank's payment gateway," Nimbalkar said.</div>

Using a back office, the portal would lure gullible customers by advertising on its pop-ups that they were lucky winners of expensive mobile handsets and other electronic devices at huge discounts for placing orders to buy a range of goods online.</div>

"We have directed the authorities concerned to de-active the shopping portal to prevent any activity or transaction through it," Nimbalkar said.</div>

The portal's website, which was active till Monday, went offline from Tuesday afternoon citing "maintenance" as the reason.</div>

The pop-up advertisements, promising e-gadgets on huge discounts, lured thousands to become registered users of the portal and pay in advance although many of them did not get delivery of goods they ordered online.</div>

The accused, who originally hailed from Jharkand and Andhra Pradesh, had also set up a back office or BPO (business process outsourcing) centre with 30 employees to take calls or receive complaints from registered users and prospective customers.</div>

"We have found Rs. 75 lakh in the bank accounts of the six accused. We were able to trace them on the basis of addresses they gave for landline phones at their back office as the address on the website was false," Bangalore Crime Branch Deputy Commissioner of Police Abhishek Goel told IANS.</div>
